10/10 service. Vi did my nails and I am happy with it. Hand 10 euro feet 15 euro with simple trimming and coloring. Great price! And lovely doggy too!
Man kann hier leider nur simple maniküre kriegen keine Designs etc. ABER das Ergebnis ist so gut das ich es jedem empfehlen würde.
Das Studio sah nicht sauber aus, und die Art, wie sie meine Nägel geformt haben, war ziemlich hässlich - sie haben weder nach der Länge noch nach der Form gefragt. Für diesen Preis gibt es definitiv bessere Orte da draußen!
Good quality work with absolutely terrible customer service. A little story time: the first appointment was very good, the quality of manicure was impeccable. However, I came back after a few months to do my nails again (have tried other salon in that time) and the same lady did my manicure (I assume she is a manager or owner, always answers the phone etc.). Mein Shellac fing nach einer knappe Woche an abzublätter, innerhalb wenige Tage sahen meine Fingernägel schreklich aus. Es war meine erste Erfahrung mit Shellac an den Händen, jetzt nachdem ich woanders nochmal versucht habe, weiß ich dass bei Anails etwas schief gelaufen ist.
Schon beim anmelden war die Frau so ungeduldig und zackig - ich sollte schnell gehen den Flyer mit den Preisen könne ich draußen lesen. Nein Danke!
Ich gehe alle 3 Wochen zu diesem Studio und bin jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Man geht hier persönlich auf mich und meine Wünsche ein und man hat immer Zeit für mich. Zwar sprechen die hier kein Englisch, dafür aber sehr gutes deutsch. Ich kann es jedem sehr empfehlen.
The girls are nice. I get the basic cleaning and cutting of both footnails and fingernails. Not enough English speaking helpers ⚠️ therefore if you have any special requests be prepared to ask in German. One thing not attributable to them is that they allow tramps to use the toilet, and then I got stalked when I got out of the studio. This alley is a bit dark so it really wasn't feeling safe.

bin sehr zufrieden mit meinen Nägeln, es wurde sich Zeit für meine Nägel gelassen und sehr sauber gearbeitet. Zu der Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen, aber dieses Studio kann ich nur empfehlen.
Leider sehr unhöflicher Umgang mit den Gästen. Arrogant und unfreundlich. Es gibt etliche bessere Alternativen!
They didn’t file my nails evenly and do a detailed job of removing cuticles. Also, the nail polish is not done until the end of the nail which is making your nail look shorter. Friendly staff but they don’t speak any English. 42 Euros for manicure and pedicure - I don’t think they did a good job for this price, fine but I won’t go back.
I come here often. Last times, the quality of my shelllack manicure was good. But this time, I was disappointed. You can see the appearance on the pictures. Edges are ugly, some bubble in the middle, and not even application. What can I say 😕 It really depends on the manicurist. I should choose the manicurist carefully next time.
This is my very first pedicure in Berlin coz I recently moved here so I picked this placed purely of the number of good reviews I saw. So let’s start with the pros 1. The place is super clean and neat. 2. My pedicure was done neatly and safely - no cuts/ bruises/ bleeding 3. My technician was pleasant although we couldn’t talk beyond smiling and yes or okay. 4. They destroyed my nails right before my vacay. The manicure looked like it was 2 weeks old. Really bad service. I’d recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t care about the quality.
