I can attest to their niceness and helpfulness at the very least. I got treated in a different country but had an accident where my glued attachment on the tooth fell off. They could not treat me because of some contractual reasons, but they gave a very nice in-depth reasoning over email for why it wasn't possible and still tried to help me regardless. It didn't work out I appreciate the effort they put in when they didn't have to.

A workaround repair does not really help in this case. We have recommended continuing the treatment at a different office that has the original manufacturer provided material in stock. I started my braces treatment in Brazil, but I had to move to Kaiserslautern. I chose continue it with Dr. Yang and she had everything straightened out in just six months. My husbando says I am prettier now :-) Bonus: my son also looked forward to every visit because he got to hang out with the adorable clinic pup!
