The price is cheap for a hotel but expensive for what you actually get.
This is more of a hostel with some double rooms than a proper hotel. During our stay, it seemed many rooms were occupied by teenage groups as they offer 4-6 people rooms too.
Cleanliness was a big issue—there was a lot of dust in the room, and the showerhead didn’t work.
The Wi-Fi was practically useless, which made things worse.

Great hotel with good communication with the rest of the city. Amazing, comfortable beds and rooms. There are towels, shower and hand gels, lots of storage space. If I visit Berlin again, I will stay in this hotel. There is also a shop close by.

Jätte otrevliga personal, inga handdukar i rummen även om det står att det ska finnas, man får köpa om man vill ha en handduk till sitt rum, de städar inte. Ingen hotell jag skulle rekommendera.

Extremt dålig service vid kassan. Vi kom till hotellet när dom hade överbokat bort vårt rum, och väntade över en timme för att bli tilldelade ett nytt. När vi till slut fick nycklarna upptäckte vi att folk dock redan bodde i det rummet!!
Vi gick ner till receptionen och berättade detta för att först höra:”no your room is not occupied”, som efter lite tjafs blev det torra: ”You are an extra problem, stand on the side while we make time for you”. …

Leider gibt es nur drei Sterne für das Hotel, obwohl die Rezeption und die Lage fünf Sterne verdient haben. Allerdings sind die Zimmer leider nicht sauber (An einem Tag kam nicht einmal das Housekeeping) Das Frühstück ist so lala, man findet halt was. Die Schwingtür im Frühstücksraum ist sehr gefährlich, da die Küchenmitarbeiter diese Tür regelmäßig mit Schwung öffnen!
Schöne Dachterrasse, leider war sie nicht geöffnet!

Pokoje w podwyższonym standardzie. Jedzenie kontynentalne smaczne. Hotel znajduje sie w samym centrum. 5min pieszo od ZOO. Kolejka 3min obok. Parking dla aut w parkhause z 1min pieszo obok. Ceny bardzo przystępne około2700 za 5os za 3 dni, 3dorosle,2dzieci, jeden pokój w tym śniadania.

The hotel offers good value for money considering what you get in return for what you pay. The best part is its location—it is conveniently situated right next to the train and bus stations, with a supermarket, multi-story parking, and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.
