2 months ago, I got an appointment for today at 1PM. I got there at 12.50, registered and sat down. I waited patiently for 50 minutes, until 1.40 (40 minutes after my appointment), and I asked if I was going to have to wait much longer, and they said "I don't know, maybe 10 minutes, maybe half an hour, it's busy". So I left, I won't be coming back. If you have an appointment system, you should stick to it.
Sehr guter Zahnarzt. Super nett und kompetent und es wird nur das gemacht, was nötig ist und einem keine Behandlungen empfohlen, die man nicht braucht.
Very good dentist and the staff are very polite and friendly. He speaks fluent English and is a great communicator. He listens and explains things properly. I thought I was dreaming, because clinics in Berlin are usually VERY rude. This clinic was very nice and efficient. I highly recommend.
A truly excellent dentist. Professional, patient, understanding, punctual. They are also really good with my toddler. I highly recommend.
Was a Little disappointed. Came to this dentist for annual check up on teeth and clean. The appointment was 40 minutes late. The dentist was professional however he was under pressure to get me out quick and attend to other patients. I ended up only having the teeth cleaned and a quick x ray and he told me I had to come back next week to do the check up on the teeth. I live 1.5hour round trip from Friedrichshain so coming back for the other half …
Just the best nicest softest dentist ever! They were very reassuring, caring, i am usually terrified by the dentist. Took me right away with a painful tooth and treated me the quickest and easiest way possible. Thank you!
Lovely and friendly dentist practice. They are super kind here. And they had no problems speaking English to me because my German isn't great at all. They are very accommodating and welcoming, they answered all my questions. I got a same day appointment for an infection. This was the first dentist I've been to in Germany and I'm so happy I have chosen them :) Danke!
sehr viel Zeit genommen, alles erklärt und sehr freundlich und zugewandt.Wirklich toll. Wir waren in der Notsprechstunde am Sonntag da und es war so hilfreich, dass ich behandelt werden konnte.
Bin da jetzt seit einigen Jahren Patient und stets zufrieden. Sind telefonisch gut erreichbar und alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und professionell. Hands down der beste Zahnarzt, bei dem ich je war.
Ich habe schon so viele Zahnärzte erlebt. Leider wirklich wahr. Keiner war so wie dieser. Ehrlich, freundlich, dem Patienten und seinem Leidensdruck zugewandt. Auch seinen Mitarbeitern gegenüber ist dieser Arzt einfach bezaubernd, so hörte ich ihn zu Beginn der Arbeit auch so etwas sagen, wie "Schön, dass Sie da sind!" Ich glaube aus vollem Herzen. Sein Praxisteam ist ebenso unschlagbar. Ruft man an und erreicht niemanden, wird man zurückgerufen.…
Super dentiste et super équipe. S'il fallait faire un reproche, c'est parfois le temps d'attente. Mais cela vaut vraiment la peine de patienter. Doc. Yashar sait donner confiance à ses patients et les mettre à l'aise en toutes circonstances. Il est de très bon conseil. Je recommande vivement.
Herr Yashar ist immer sehr freundlich, nimmt sich Zeit und mit seinem angenehmen und lockeren Umgangston sorgt er dafür, dass man Zahnarztterminen stressfrei entgegen sieht. Auch mein Sohn geht daher ohne zu murren sowohl zu Kontrollterminen bei Herrn Yashar als auch zu Terminen bei der ebenfalls sehr empathischen Prophylaxeassistentin. Man merkt einfach, dass Herr Yashar sehr kompetent ist, seine Arbeit gerne und gründlich macht. Danke auch noch…
Unfreundlicher Empfang, der einen nach einer halben Stunde Verspätung erneut vier Monate auf einen Termin warten lässt.
