Zum Zeitpunkt der Erstberatung im Juli 2024 lag die Entscheidung des Bundesverwaltungsamts noch nicht vor. Nachdem diese nun ergangen ist, haben zwei unserer Anwälte die Sach- und Rechtslage sorgfältig geprüft und sind zu dem eindeutigen Ergebnis gekommen, dass ein verwaltungsgerichtliches Vorgehen keine realistische Erfolgsaussicht hätte. Diese Einschätzung haben wir Ihnen transparent mitgeteilt.
Als Kanzlei sind wir unseren Mandanten verpflichtet, realistische Erfolgsaussichten kritisch zu bewerten und ihnen nur dann zu einer Klage zu raten, wenn wir diese auch für aussichtsreich halten.
