I do not like to write negative feedback but this doctor really deserve a bad review. He did not take my health situation as something important to discuss and did not give me the proper time to explain. He was not professional at all. I would give zero

Not recommended for getting checked during your pregnancy. The doctor is very irresponsible. I asked him about my frequent headache and I wonder if im lack too much of iron. Instead of explaning me why I have headache he told me to take Paracetamol and that‘s it. No more details of how much I should take that it wont affect my baby. Ganz toller Arzt, der sich auch Zeit nimmt und alle Fragen in Ruhe beantwortet. Ich fühlte mich extrem gut aufgehoben und super beraten. Ich konnte unkompliziert Termine über Doctolib vereinbaren. Die Praxis war auch sehr beeindruckend, selten so eine schöne Praxis gesehen und die Arzthelferinnen waren auch sehr freundlich. Ich war rundum zufrieden. Dr. El Kassem ist sehr empfehlenswert!!!
I would give less than a star if i could. I’ve been in treatment for my chronicle illness for 8 years in different hospitals to different doctors and that in 3 different countries and this is definitely the WORST of them all. Zunächst das Positive: die Sprechstundenhilfen sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Außerdem bekommt man recht schnell einen Termin über Doctolib. Per Telefon ist die Praxis durch das hohe Patientinnenaufkommen nur schwer erreichbar. Im Falle einer normalen und komplikationsfreien Schwangerschaft ist diese Praxis vermutlich gut. Sollten allerdings schwere und schwerste Komplikationen auftreten kommt der Arzt jedoch vor allem menschlich an seine Grenz…
Ich bin seit 2018 bei Dr. El Kassem und ich fühle mich dort sehr wohl. Die Sprechstundenhilfen sind super freundlich und ich wurde gut durch meine erste Schwangerschaft begleitet.

Der Arzt trägt die Maske unter der Nase. Von Medizinern erwarte ich da echt mehr...Außerdem war er sehr unfreundlich im Ton und hat mich fast angeschrien. Ich habe mich extrem unwohl gefühlt und werde nie wieder in die Praxis gehen.
Ich bin seit Jahren Patient beim Hr. Dr. EL Kassem. Dr. ist sehr einfühlsam,vorsichtig und man fühlt sich wirklich ganzheitlich wahrgenommen. Großes Lob an die freundliche Arzthelferinnen. Danke für die Arbeit
