Today was the last time ever we visited your shop!
We don't care how different your coffee might taste or how young and alternative your place may look like.
You denied a glass of water to an old lady asking you plain tap water, only because she was “not your customer”… Offering water to thirsty people is the minimum of humanity and should not be for sale.
Shame on you and your lack of humanity!

The woman you are talking about in her 50s ? though didn't ask for a glass of water, which we NEVER would or have denied, even for non customers! She ask for a refill of a bottle saying she had a bottle of sparkling water in her bag. She had by all means the ability to buy a bottle of water and support a small business. Or Offering even 5 cents, we would have filled the pretty bottle she brought probably for free.
We think you don't quite understand that we are a business, fighting for our existence. We treat everyone with respect and we expect the same from the people entering our store, to show respect for our hard work.
We have given away food and drinks to people who said were hungry or thirsty with no money, entering our store for no charge!! We donate money to the locals and abroad whenever we can.
So once again. That is absolutely unfair, insulting,false and heartbreaking to hear you blaming us to not show humanity! The woman you are talking about just had in our opinion no need to get water from us we unfortunately have to pay for, even in your opinion should be free, as she had a whole bottle of water in her bag and mentioned nothing about being thirsty.
Overall we are glad you care about helping people IN NEED as we do very much too and always will!!
If YOU want to be a good person, support a small business and help a person who wants water, we can guarantee you, you will be more appreciated for paying that bill than blaming a small business, not showing humanity. Thank you!

Ein schönes Lokal mit köstlichem Kaffee und leckerem Kuchen. Leider gibt es einen Stern Abzug für den Service: Die kurzhaarige, braunhaarig, weiblich gelesene Servicekraft wirkte leider passiv-aggressiv, genervt und unfreundlich. Schade!

Ich wurde von einem jungen Herrn bedient – charmant, freundlich und mit der Geduld eines Zen-Meisters. Er erklärte mir voller Leidenschaft, welche Kaffeespezialitäten sie anbieten. Ich entschied mich für einen Americano – und was soll ich sagen? Ein Schluck, und ich fühlte mich wie ein Kaffeekritiker auf Wolke sieben. Einfach unglaublich! Wenn Kaffee eine Religion wäre, hätte ich hier meine Erleuchtung gefunden.” ☕😄
