ATTENTION - very unprofessional dentist and doing wrong diagnostics for making more money. You will just see it by yourself, but want to share my experience because it’s quite heavy. Best dentist in Berlin by far, the entire staff are incredibly kind and helpful, I had an amazing experience with the dentist where she explained everything in detail and helped solve my problem, I will always return to this dental practice in the future :)
I highly recommend ! had a great experience with Dr. Anna Wittkopf for a tooth filling. She is professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process completely pain-free. The staff are very friendly as well ! I have had such horrible experiences at the dentist in the past. I was in tears when I left today because I couldn’t believe how cared for I felt during my appointment. Ich kenne Frau Wittkopf seit 7 Jahren. Noch nie habe ich mich bei einer Ärztin so gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Beratung und Behandlung einfach nur top. War heute nur dort um nach einem Rat zu fragen. What an amazing and kind practice. The doctor was the most kind, patient and amazing. He took the time and explained every single detail. Everyone speaks English and tries to make you comfortable. I think I have found the best dental practice I want to visit during my stay in Berlin.
After a traumatic incident at a different dentist I didn't get my teeth checked for a few years and was super anxious to go now. But Dr Nasser and his Assistent were really great! He was very kind and had a positive character, explained all calmly and worked with me on action plan to help with my issue. Yes, we all know those horrific sounds of dental practices, those lovely heavy duty tools navigating your mouth… but I might say apart from this classic prejudice, I got a wisdom tooth removed by Kaled Nasser, I followed his post abstraction instructions and I had/have 0 inflammation and 0 pain. Dentist Anna Wittkopf is the best dentist in Berlin. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had a serious issue with an infection under my teeth and Ms. Wittkopf directed me to a great surgery who have taken great care to preserve my real tooth (and not just pull it out). I absolutely recommend this place . Starting from the receptionist who is really kind and welcoming. Dr. Kaled Nassar and Sophie took care of my problem effectively. Dr Nasar makes you feel comfortable and it’s really kind . He also speaks multiple languages so it’s a friendly place for people from many places of the world .
