Avoid, especially if you are a woman. Once I hired him he became incredibly condescending and misogynistic. When I asked a question about why I was paying higher taxes than expected he responded “a tax is a tax and a fee is a fee. You’re a businesswoman, you should know the difference.” He increased my anxiety exponentially as an immigrant, and I believe I paid way more money than I needed to, both to him and the government.

I wholeheartedly recommend Richard Bosley, whose tax advisor services I have been happily using for 23 years. I had moved to Berlin and needed to declare my earnings in both the US and Germany for the first time, and he was recommended by the US Embassy. He previously taught German tax law for years. Worth his weight in gold !!! His office is very easy to reach on public transport (5-min. walking distance from S-Friedrichstr.).

Incredible rude, ineffective and mean. I wonder if he works to help people to save taxes or work for German government to make you pay more taxes plus his fees. I went to him only because of his english speaking skills but it was a big mistake on my part. He doesn't help in giving tips to save taxes instead I end up paying more taxes than usual. Avoid this person at all cost, do taxation online or find some other english speaking person

I like working dr bosely. I think the problem is people don’t know what they usually want with taxes so they end up with strange experience. Dr bosely provides a very detailed and professional service which you can leverage.He’ll give you all the answers to your questions. But it helps to know what questions you want to ask beforehand.

I really like dealing with Mr Bosley, a very competent man who knows exactly what he is talking about in every sector of your finances. Coming from the UK the german tax system is a lot different but Richard and his team make everything very straight forward and easy.
