Ich hatte einen Termin für eine Zahnreinigung. Die MFA hat mehrere Anläufe gebraucht und hat sich etwas schwer getan, war jedoch freundlich. Frau Vollmer hingegen fand ich nicht so freundlich, es wurde lediglich auf die Kosten hingewiesen. Erneut würde ich für eine Zahnreinigung einen anderen Arzt aufsuchen.
Perfekte Organisation, optimales Behandlungsergebniss, sehr freundliches Team. Beste Zahnarztpraxis "ever"!
Such a great experience! The staff was very friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. The dental hygienist did a thorough job with my cleaning, and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. The instruments used were clean, modern, and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Fr. Dr. Vollmer und alle Ihre Mitarbeiterinnen sind zunächst mal sehr freundlich - das ist schonmal die halbe Miete für mich. Ich hatte bei meinen Terminen noch nie inakzeptabel lange Wartezeiten in der schön eingerichteten Praxis und die Terminkoordination ist auch über Doctolob möglich. Soweit mir eine Beurteilung möglich ist, passt hier fachlich auch alles - was will man mehr?
I came for a deep cleaning and it was really smooth. Also, I loved the environment and the staff. I do recommend it. I did travel a long distance but it was really worth it.
I am very happy to have changed my dentist and have found this praxis. The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Vollmer takes the time to assess and explain treatment options. The praxis is modern and very clean. I have to say I am quite picky about cleanliness and they met and overcome my expectations;)
