Wir interessierten uns für einen VW Tiguan R-Line. The car had several damages which were not mentioned during the telephone calls and were intentionally not displayed on the pictures. After receiving the car and noticing the damages Deko did not respond to our mails anymore.
Achat a distance à proscrire, vendeur malhonnête. Véhicule ne correspond pas a la description. Le chef d'atelier est l'incarnation de la mauvaise humeur. A fuir.
Véhicule acheté a distance, véhicule rayé avec pneus de différentes tailles et marque sur un meme essieu. Vous annonce un véhicule en très bon état et vous arrivez sur une arnaque. Un chef d'atelier digne de ce nom est également prévoir. aucun geste commercial ou dédommagement et font les sourds. A éviter.
Attention à ce concessionnaire, c’est un véritable arnaqueur. J’ai réservé un véhicule à distance et le jour de mon arrivée, après avoir récupéré la voiture (un samedi ), elle est tombée en panne 2h après . Quand j’ai demandé au concessionnaire de prendre en charge les réparations, ils ont refusé en prétextant que toutes les garanties étaient annulées car le véhicule était destiné à l’export. Bardzo miła i fachowa obsługa. Już od pierwszego kontaktu telefonicznego, udzielo wszystkich informacji odnośnie samochodu. Możliwość rezerwacji pojazdu. Don’t even think to come here. I don’t believe the good reviews. They are fake or payed with a discount. Very bad customer service at arriving. We drove 6 hours to hear we aren’t getting the car because my boss already bought 2 cars for our company.
