Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Kundendienst. Meine Bestellung kam nie an. Auf meine Anfrage nach 5 Wochen wurde nicht geantwortet sondern die Bestellung storniert. Das Geld habe ich bis jetzt nicht zurückbekommen. Und auch auf die 3. Mail habe ich keine Antwort bekommen.
Sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht ,bestellte Ware wurde nicht geliefert,das riecht nach Betrug.Finger weg von denen

Delivery was expected between 2-4 days, but I still don’t have it after 14 days and the company is not interested in solving the issue.

Appalling customer service!!!! I am based in the UK. Purchased some products from this company, they made an error with the paperwork and i have had to pay duties and taxes twice. I requested them to rectify the invoice, as per DHL's instructions but they never did and are now simply ignoring my emails. Beware!!!!!!

Ordered Thursday evening, arrived in perfect condition on Monday early afternoon with priority shipping, so I was able to get my first dosage. Shipping Cardboard box was damaged on one corner (Chinese recycled cardboard) but due to the internal cushioning all content arrived undamaged. This is a scam. I ordered online and paid for my order with promise of delivery within 3 to 4 days. It has been a week now and I still haven’t received my items. I emailed them and asked to cancel the order and get a refund as the items have not been shipped. 3 emails so far they haven’t responded to. I would say avoid at all costs!!!
